Judy Dorsey: Fighting Neuropathy
Judy Dorsey credits her weekly strength training at Exercise Inc as a major reason she hasn’t experienced the common symptoms associated with her neuropathy. Her original goal was to lose weight, but the results she got were more valuable than weight loss. After her first 12 weeks, Judy realized she was a lot stronger. The strength she has been building for the last 9 years is helping her immensely now.
Judy has an inherited neuropathy called CMT, which is characterized by progressive loss of muscle and touch sensation across various parts of the body. CMT causes balance issues. Judy knows without a doubt that Exercise Inc is helping her because she hasn’t fallen since she’s been training with us.
