Romaine and Arugula Salad with Lemon Honey Dressing

Lemon Honey Dressing
2 Lemons-juice only
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Honey
2tsp Oregano-dried
2tsp Garlic-minced
1tsp Chives-minced
1/2tsp Black pepper-cracked
salt-to taste
Salad blend
2-Romaine hearts,chopped and rinsed
3 cups Arugula greens
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Carrots, match stick cut
1/2 Cucumber-quartered then diced
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1/2 cup Almond-slivere
Preparing Meal
Combine all the dressing ingredients in medium mixing bowl, whisk until all ingredients are incorporated, set aside until ready to blend with salad greens.
Combine salad blend in large salad bowl, pour half of the lemon dressing over it and toss until all the greens are coated. Use left over dressing if needed. Divide salad among plates and enjoy.
Note: Feel free to only make one or two salads at a time just store dressing in air tight container in the fridge until ready to use again.
