What are your hobbies? I love spending time with my friends and family – we play a lot of board games! I enjoy helping out with Boy Scout Troop 396 in Brownsburg, and our church sponsor Calvary United Methodist Church. During my free time, I enjoy being outside and staying active!
What is your favorite sports team? I love watching my hometown Colts and Pacers…and go Hoosiers!
What is a fun fact that most people don’t know about you? My ancestors, back in Poland, allegedly were duck farmers!
What is your favorite type of music? I enjoy all kinds of music. My playlists consist of everything from Elvis Presley to Jay-Z to Hank Williams Jr.
What is one of your lifetime goals? To try to visit something unique in all 50 states.

What brought you to Exercise Inc? Exercise Inc is different than every other gym. Simply put, the strength and nutritional programs work. Also, the trainers are personable, professional, and experienced. I wanted to work for a company that has employees who take pride in their work and somewhere committed to providing people with exceptional service and outstanding personal attention.

Why do you like being a personal fitness coach/ part of the Exercise Inc team? I love helping people. I believe in the use of exercise as medicine and its power to help improve an individual’s health and quality of life. I enjoy being a part of the Exercise Inc team because it allows me to pursue this passion with strength training and nutritional programs that help people reach their goals.
What is your favorite exercise? Why? Negative Chin Ups. I always feel so accomplished after finishing this exercise.
What is your least favorite exercise? Why? Leg Press. It burns so bad!
Anything else you want your clients to know about you. My background prior to Exercise Inc was in cardiopulmonary rehab. Through my schooling, I had the opportunity to work with several other clinical populations including stroke, diabetics, MS, and muscular dystrophy. I understand the difficulties and problems chronic diseases bring to individual’s lives and how to safely and effectively employ an exercise program to fit the needs of these conditions.
