“I am a person with a family history of back pain. My father, mother, and sister all had back surgery; some repeatedly. My brother also has problems, but has had no surgery. As a teacher, I stood on my feet a lot and began to have serious problems with my back. In 2003, I began a regimen of massages every two weeks. Though this helped, I continued to have pain. about 4 1/2 years ago, my masseuse recommended Exercise Inc. What a recommendation that was! I have continued these exercises every week since, though have recently gone to every 2 weeks. The relief is amazing. I rarely have back pain and if I do, I know the next weeks exercise will give me relief. I would recommend Exercise Inc to anyone!”

“My husband and I started working out at Exercise Inc after we learned that it only took a commitment of 20 minutes per week and that we could work out in our business attire. It didn’t take long before I realized that my metabolism was working better than it had in several years. I also have firmed up and my waist is smaller.
During the previous two years I had been diagnosed with osteopenia after two sequential bone density exams showed declining bone mineral density numbers. After working with Exercise Inc, my most recent bone density test results came back as normal!
I have enjoyed the information provided regarding nutrition as well. I have made several dietary changes as a result that are helping me be in better control of my weight and I feel, generally, more energetic. Exercise Inc has brought about significant beneficial changes to my overall health and fitness.”

“Perhaps the most important 20 minutes I spend each week is at Exercise Inc! Being able to complete a full workout during lunch or a short afternoon break from work is very convenient. A full workout without sweat means no need to change clothes…workout in business clothes! I have noticed the back pain from computer/desk work is helped very much and the increased energy during afternoons is significant. This program has really made a big difference in how good I feel.”

I started working out at Exercise Inc in June of 2010 with David. I’d previously gained weight about a year and a half before from some medical stuff and hadn’t been able to lose it on my own with traditional workouts (lots of cardio and strength training) and diet. I had heard commercials for Exercise Inc on the radio and it definitely caught my attention. So after checking out their website and realizing I did need to try something new, I finally decided to go in for a consult and check it out.
After the first workout with David, I definitely liked the entire concept and decided to at least give it a go for 12 weeks to see what happened. My initial weight loss goals was to lose 50lbs (which to me was a crazy goal- I didn’t think I’d lose that much weight).
So each week I worked out and logged my food so I could get tips on my diet. David was great about pointing out what foods to cut out like cereal which I used to eat all the time, and which foods should be kept in my diet. The workouts also freed up a lot of my time because it takes so little time out of your week. You’re in and out in 20 minutes, and then have a week to relax and recover. No more going to the gym almost every day for over an hour and sweating my butt off.
Over the next 7 months I gradually lost about 55lbs, and I am still losing weight. I’ve also gone done about 6-7 pant sizes. Recently I’ve gotten so many compliments from people I know too, and have several co-workers interested in the program. It’s definitely made me feel a lot better about myself. I am still keeping track of my food each week because it helps me to stay on track until I get to my ultimate goal weight. Exercise Inc’s program is so efficient that it would be crazy to change anything.

I know this sounds like a commercial but it is the truth. I am 42 yrs old and I am in the best shape of my life.I started putting weight on when I was about 28, the same time I started sitting behind a desk for work. Slowly over the years I got up to 250 pounds. I kept telling myself that this was just part of getting older and it happens to everyone but it got to a point that I was so uncomfortable that I knew I had to do something. I was having to see both a doctor and a chiropractor on a regular basis due to some pretty serious pains I was having in my neck and shoulder. Things were so bad I could only sleep a few hours a night and I was in constant pain. On top of all this all of my clothes were so tight on me that I was uncomfortable all day long. I did not believe that taking pills and getting shots from the doctor were the answer and after talking to both my doctor and chiropractor they both told me that they were clients of Exercise Inc and recommended that I give it a try.
I decided to give Exercise Inc a try a year ago and that is when I met my trainer Tracie Shearer. At the time I told Tracie that my main goal was to get my strength and flexibility back and stopping feeling so uncomfortable. Tracie asked me what my goal was for losing weight and I really did not want to commit to a particular weight because I just wanted to get in better shape. I felt that a good weight for me would be around 190 lbs and that if I was committed to my workouts the weight loss would come. Tracie and Kyle Morrison, one of the other trainers in Avon, encouraged me to read Body by Science and Primal Blueprint as they felt this would help me get a better understanding of how to accomplish my goals. While I have changed my eating habits there is not a doubt in my mind that the main driver of getting me to where I am today has been following Tracie’s guidance during my weekly workouts. I so look forward to working out every week that I have only missed when I have been out of town. Who honestly can say that they do not have time to workout 20 minutes a week?
At this point I have surpassed all of my goals. I am below 190 lbs, I sleep great, and I feel better than I have in the last 20 years. The best thing as far as I am concerned is that I can keep up with my kids when we are playing and I feel like I have new shot at enjoying life. While I still see my doctor and chiropractor now it is not because I am in pain it is just for getting check ups and they are both amazed at what a change I have been through in the last year. Hardly a day goes by that someone does not ask me how I have changed so much and I tell them all to check out Exercise Inc.

My neighbor, Anne Lesko, told me and my wife (Connie) about Exercise Inc before we went on spring break last year. While I was on spring break, I saw a 60-yr old man running on the beach. He was ripped and in much better shape than me at 41. I decided it was time to do something about that.
At first, I was skeptical about the whole process at Exercise Inc, but I liked the fact that there was a nutritional plan for life along with the fact that you didn’t need to spend hours in a gym every week. This fits into my schedule perfectly because I own a roofing company, storage units, and rental properties. I also have a wife and 8-yr old daughter.
Ten months later, I am so glad to say that Exercise Inc is the real deal. I am a lot stronger and have so much more energy. I have lost 14 lbs and have changed the shape of my body. I honestly believe I am in better shape today at 42 than when I was playing college football.
Some of the things I enjoy in life are watching and playing sports and spending time with my family and friends.
I would like to give a special thanks to my friend and trainer, Vee, for all of his support, vast knowledge, and inspiration.

In January 2008, I had a trip planned to Hawaii for my niece’s wedding in June, and I really wanted to get in shape. I started working out 5 days a week until my vacation, and I only lost 3 pounds in in 6 months! When I got back from Hawaii, I didn’t go back to the gym.
Then I started noticing that my office manager was losing a lot of weight, and that motivated me again. I wanted to feel better, and I didn’t want to graduate to the next size in clothing. In April of 2009, I called Exercise Inc. I was so nervous to call a one-on-one training facility because I was worried about what would they think of this heavy-set girl. Well, I can tell you that Vee welcomed me with open arms. We talked about my goals, and he promised I would lose weight if we both worked together.
That was 9 months and 22 pounds ago. I feel like a new person. I’ve gone from a size 12 to a size 6 and I have way more energy. There are other things, too….like when I put lotion on after getting out of the shower, I’m like, “Are these really my legs? Are they really this toned? Do I really have some definition in my shoulders?”
When I first started at Exercise Inc with Vee, I knew right away that I liked the challenge. I realized if I read the hand-outs and applied Vee’s coaching to my everyday life, I would be successful. Thanks to Vee and Exercise Inc, I have gained way more energy and confidence AND lost weight. I also have a new wardrobe which is a nice side effect! Oh, and one more thing….my office manager still works out 5-6 days a week, and I weigh less and wear a smaller size. She needs to get with the program….the Exercise Inc program!
As a follow-up, my office manager now has an appointment with Vee for next Saturday!

My name is Allison Wieder and I’m currently a student studying Graphic Design at The Art Institute of Indianapolis. I’m 19 years old planning to graduate in 2011 with a Bachelors degree. I enjoy staying busy with school, work, church and my family.
Before coming to Exercise Inc. I had gone down a path of an unhealthy habits and a lazy lifestyle. I was eating healthy, exercising regularly or energetic. I wasn’t being conscious of what I ate. The wait came on 5 lbs at a time. At 18 I should have been at a high point of my life just out of high school, but I felt slow, sloppy, and unprofessional. Looking at myself I knew something had to be done. Having tried other “diets” with no success, I was eager to try Exercise Inc’s program.
I work for Kim Berry of Captured Memories Photography. She had been training with Vee at Exercise Inc for about a year. She had seen great results with weight lose as well as muscle toning. Kim encouraged me to try it, telling me about how much she liked the accountability the trainer provides and the privacy of the workout. So one week I went with Kim to her appointment to see what it was like. I walked out with an appointment of my own for the next week.
I’ve been training with Vee now for 16 months. Up until now I’ve lost 50 pounds. Starting at a size 18 in jeans, I’m now in a 6. A year and a half ago you would have found me sitting on the couch watching tv, now you might see me running around playing nurf guns with the kids or taking a bike ride. I feel like I’m actually a kid again. I enjoy running around and being active rather than being the lazy slob. I believe the weight lose has even helped me in school and work. I’ve gained valuable confidence and feel like I look more professional.
Exercise Inc’s program has helped me change my lifestyle. I wouldn’t be here today without my great support system. I huge thanks to Kim for encouraging me to start! A big thank you to Vee for always believing in me and not letting me slide. I plan to keep training at Exercise Inc and continue the weight loss!

When I met Bo 2 years ago my life was very fast paced – the balance between work, home life, and church volunteering was hectic at best. Since I quit smoking 5 years ago, I had ballooned to 275 lbs and size 42 pants. To be honest, I didn’t think it was going to be possible for me to lose the 40 lbs I had gained since I quit smoking.
After reading about the program at Exercise Inc and getting to know Bo, I knew if any program had a chance to help me lose weight it was this one. When I looked at the cost of other gym memberships and the additional cost of a trainer and accountability programs, the offer at Exercise Inc was one fourth the price.
I made a commitment to Sid & Bo that I would take this program seriously. My goal was to lose 40lbs. After my first week on the program, I lost 4lbs! SUCCESS!! In the first 6 weeks I lost 20lbs. After 12 weeks I had lost 32lbs and was closing in on my goal.
After 5 months, I lost 40lbs and have gone from size 42 to size 36. That’s 3 pant sizes in less than 6 months.
I have never felt this good in my entire life. I am stronger now than when I was in high school. Everyone notices the weight loss. I have more energy and I sleep better.
My wife of 7 years is so glad to have the guy she married back.
Thank you Exercise Inc for giving me my life back! Thanks Bo & Sid for believing in me.

In 2005, Eric was a busy man, running his own company and balancing that workload with his family. He knew he needed to start being more active, as the pounds had added up over the last 10 years. Having played sports in high school and always being thin, Eric had taken for granted the ease of staying trim until he was in his early thirties. The pounds were slow to come on, his business kept him busy and any other time he had went to his small children and his wife.
Around the first of the year, he had been hearing Bo Railey speak on WIBC about his new exercise program. He was intrigued and continued listening for a few months before convincing his wife and himself that he needed to try it out. The 15-20 minute workout, just once a week, was an understandably enticing routine. He knew he could fit that into his work schedule, allowing him to continue the demands of his company AND focus on his body.
He was immediately drawn to the challenge of the workout, and was eager to see some physical results. Eric was hoping to lose some weight and build muscle. When he started working out, he weighed 210, his chest press was 170 pounds and his leg press was 200 pounds. Although he had been hoping to lose weight, he put on 8 pounds of muscle.
After two and a half years of continuing to increase his weight load, he could tell the muscle mass had increased but was disappointed that his overall weight was not going down. He and Kyle focused on his weight loss and Eric committed to a habit-forming eating plan. This included increasing his vegetable and fruit consumption, cutting out white flour and sugar, and generally making healthy choices. After six months of better eating habits, walking on the treadmill 3-4 times a week, and continuing to increase his weights during his workout with Kyle, he has lost almost 25 pounds.
Eric now weighs 188, has gone down two pants sizes, a shirt size, and is bench pressing 300 pounds and leg pressing 412 pounds, which is an amazing 212 pounds more than he started doing, three years ago. He and Kyle continue to set goals in order to exchange fat for muscle. The great thing about this work out is that even after 156 visits, each new visit continues to push his body. He says he looks forward to being sore the two days after his workout, knowing his muscles are growing.
