Exercise Inc’s slow-exercise method encompasses lifting a weight in 10 seconds, then lowering it in 10 seconds. This eliminates momentum and acceleration, working the muscle under continuous load so that it reaches fatigue quickly. This slow motion also reduces the risk of injury. Using a slow-exercise method, Exercise Inc’s clients significantly build muscle, burn fat, and improve muscle strength.
Because moving weight slowly loads the muscle more efficiently, the average exercise session lasts about 17 minutes. This is the maximum most people are able to endure due to the demand placed on the body’s muscles. Going beyond 20 minutes can also compromise precious recovery resources.

You invest only 20 minutes a week with Exercise Inc, and we will make the most of that 20 minutes. You will never perform an unproductive exercise. We focus on helping you build muscle mass, and we don’t spend session time on aerobic activities which consume precious recovery resources that are needed for muscle building. Instead, your personal fitness coach will spend time educating you on the requirements of proper exercise.
At Exercise Inc, our goal is the production of rapid, uninterrupted results for our clients. We could make more money allowing more exercise sessions per week, but that would not obtain maximum results. You pay for the weekly sessions your body needs, and that’s it. Your health is personal, and we take it seriously.
