Exercise Inc was started in 2004 to provide personal and professional exercise training. We now have multiple locations with experienced team members dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals through private exercise sessions.
Using a slow-exercise method, the latest concept in physical enhancement, Exercise Inc helps clients significantly build muscle, burn fat, and improve muscle strength. We have improved the performance of many advanced athletes and helped hundreds of clients lose weight and reshape their bodies. Your health is personal, and we take it seriously.
Exercise Inc’s slow-exercise method encompasses lifting a weight in 10 seconds, then lowering it in 10 seconds. This eliminates momentum and acceleration, working the muscle under continuous load so that it reaches fatigue quickly. This slow motion also reduces the risk of injury.
Because moving weight slowly loads the muscle more efficiently, the average exercise session lasts about 17 minutes. This is the maximum most people are able to endure due to the demand placed on the body’s muscles. Going beyond 20 minutes can also compromise precious recovery resources.
This is not a typical gym. It’s an exercise studio and that’s it. There are no mirrors for posturing, no loud music or distracting decor, no social chatter, no children, and no judging eyes. Exercise Inc facilities are used only by our team and their clients, and we utilize your time in the most effective ways. Getting your body to its healthiest state is work, and we consider the exercise studio our office.
Your certified exercise specialist works with you one-on-one during your appointment to monitor every aspect of your exercise session. We dress in professional attire and take your health seriously.
You invest only 20 minutes a week with Exercise Inc, and we will make the most of that 20 minutes. You will never perform an unproductive exercise. We focus on building muscle mass, and we don’t spend session time on aerobic activities which consume precious recovery resources that are needed for muscle building. Instead, your individual trainer will spend time educating you on the requirements of proper exercise.
At Exercise Inc, our goal is the production of rapid, uninterrupted results for our clients. We could make more money allowing more exercise sessions per week, but that would not obtain maximum results. You pay for the weekly sessions your body needs, and that’s it.
