Hopefully everyone enjoyed a great day of family, food and football yesterday. Now that Thanksgiving is over, the countdown to Christmas is on. Christmas decorations are going up at our house, and the shopping is well underway. This is always an exciting time for me. I love everything about the month of December.December also marks the end of year. It’s the time of the year that we evaluate how we’ve done professionally and personally. We look at the goals we wrote for the year, and we plan goals for the next year.We always realize that we are blessed in more ways than we ever expected, and we look for ways to share our blessings with others.Giving has always been an important part of who we are at Exercise Inc. Last year in December we gave away 27 personal training sessions raised $5012 for charitable organizations to help needy families at Christmas time in our communities.

This year we plan to do the same, and hopefully raise even more money.

On December 23 we will draw to give away 3-month training packages to 3 lucky clients.Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for 3 local charities.

All of these organizations do a great job helping folks in need, especially at Christmas time,

so we want to raise a lot of money to help them.

There are 2 ways you can help us raise money, and each will earn you a chance to win 3-months of training:1. For every $20 donation you make to one of these organizations through Exercise Inc, your name will be entered in a drawing to win 3 months of personal training.2. You can also give by purchasing a gift certificate for a friend. For every $90 gift certificate you purchase for a friend or family member who is not a client, we will donate $20 to the charitable organization in that community, and enter your name in the drawing to win 3-months of personal training.You will also earn yourself a free session if the friend you purchased the gift certificate for becomes a client.So let’s do this!
