Busy Moms
So what’s the toughest job in the world? I used to think it was being a small business owner, but in the last year I’ve realized there is a job that is much tougher—being a mom.
I had no idea until we had our own newborn how much work it really is: making food, changing diapers, washing diapers (yes we do that at my house), cleaning up after the baby (can anyone say projectile vomit?), getting up all hours of the night with the baby, and then trying to find time to clean the house and shop for groceries—this list could just keep going. Oh, and I forgot to mention trying to make time for yourself, and maybe even throwing in a little time with dad once in while.
After seeing how hard my wife has had to work during the first year of our baby’s life, I have a whole new outlook on moms.
If you’re a busy mom and you don’t have time to work out, then Exercise Inc is the place for you. Check out this video of two busy moms who have learned to stay in great shape and have plenty time for their families in only 20 minutes a week.
