As A Part of The Exercise Inc Team
What brought you to Exercise Inc? Terri Stacy and Denny Smith inspired me to become part of the team. They have always talked highly about the Exercise Inc team, attitude, and environment. They emphasized the importance of the one-on-one impact I could have on my clients. I was also excited to get back into coaching after my experience as a teacher and soccer coach.
What year did you become part of the team? 2026
Why do you like being part of the Exercise Inc team? I love learning about the human body and being able to share that with others to help better their lives. But my favorite part is seeing the progress my clients have made and helping them reach their personal goals.
What is your favorite exercise? Why? Leg Press: It's a very intense exercise, but that's what makes it my favorite. I get a sense of accomplishment and instant gratification after completing it because of the discipline it takes to make it through this particular exercise.
What is your least favorite exercise? Why? Pulldown: I have experienced an exercise-induced headache on this machine because of the tension I hold in my head and neck. It has been an intriguing journey working around it, but it has been a blessing in disguise being able to relate and find ways to help my clients through similar issues.
Anything else you want your clients to know about you? I am a cheerleader, through and through. I love to bring positivity into my coaching style to help guarantee you're getting physically and mentally stronger. I enjoy pushing my clients, but I want to make it so you can continue pushing yourself, as well.
